AYC POLICIES
Wholesale Permit
A Wholesale Business Permit is required to purchase from AYC. If you are located in Texas or California, you must obtain a Tax Resale Certificate prior to placing an order.
Placing an Order
Documented orders, sent by fax or email, are preferred. When placing an order, the item number and description is needed on the Purchase Order. If there are any questions regarding an item number or product, please contact our sales department at sales@aycllc.com or call (972) 926-6488.
A Performa Invoice, also known as Sales Order, will be sent by fax or email as an acknowledgment of your Purchase Order. To acknowledge and confirm your sales order, please review, sign, and return the signed Sales Order. Once your order is emailed or faxed back, we will begin processing your order.
Once a sales order is paid in full and packed for shipment, please allow 4 to 7 business days for delivery.  
Payment
AYC accepts Cash, Business Checks, Money Orders, Wire Transfers, MasterCard, Visa and Discover Card. For payments made by check or money order, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Once the check or money order is cleared, we will begin processing your order.
A $25 fee will be charged on any Non-Sufficient Funded Checks. All pending orders will be held until payment is received in full.
Custom Ordered Equipment
The standard color for most stock equipment is black; some units are available in white. Customers can order custom colors or designs through custom orders. Please allow 12-15 weeks for receipt of custom ordered items. Custom orders require a Minimum Order Quantity of 40 units. To begin the processing of your Custom Order, a 50% deposit is required. Cancellation
of a Custom order forfeits your deposit.
Price
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Prices shown in our price list are wholesale prices. List prices do NOT include shipping.
Return
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form must be obtained prior to the return of any merchandise. All unauthorized returns will be charged a 30% restocking fee. You can find the RMA form at the following link: http://aycllc.com/RMA/AYC_RMA.pdf
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return of an item.
Items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging along with any paperwork, manuals or accessories. Items that are not returned in their original condition and packaging will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
There is a 20% restocking fee applied on all authorized returned items within 30 days.
All sales of clearance items are final and no returns are allowed.
Shipping
Orders that need to be ship same day must be processed and paid in full before 1:00 PM CST. We will not be able to guarantee same day shipment but we will do our best to get shipment process and ship.
Small package items will be ship via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground; unless a special service or other method is requested or required to ship the order.
Items that need to be palletized, ie. pedicure spas, salon furniture or beauty equipment, will be shipped standard ground service via Freight Carrier standard ground service. Expedited services and accessorial services, such as Lift Gate and Inside Delivery, are additional fees.
Please allow 4 to 7 business days for delivery. Shipping charges are usually estimated; actual shipping charges will be applied to the invoice accordingly. Customers will be notified of an estimated ship date once payment has been received.
Requests for pickup or special delivery are at customer’s discretion. If Customer prefers to use his or her own freight carrier, we will ship your order “Collect or Third Party Billing”. This must be noted on your purchase order at the time your order is placed. By doing so, Customer takes full responsibility for freight claims and damages.
When you receive an LTL or freight shipment, please verify the number of pallets and cartons before you sign the Bill of Lading (BOL). Any damages to cartons or product must be noted on the delivery receipt. By signing the BOL, recipient accepts full responsibility of the shipment. AYC requires the customer contact AYC within 10 business days of receiving damaged items sent by LTL or Freight Services.
If damaged items are received, please keep the shipping cartons and materials until the problem is resolved or the claim has been acknowledged and settled by the shipper or AYC Group.
Any damaged items that were not sent by LTL or Freight Services, must be reported within 5 business days from the date the items were received. AYC will not be liable for damaged items reported after 5 business days from the received date.
If shipment is refused for causes not related to damages or missing items, there will be a 20% restocking fee.
Customers are responsible for inspecting each and every item once received. Items missing must be reported to AYC within 3 days from the received date. AYC will not be responsible for missing items after 3 days.
Freight Carrier
UPS/FedEx Ground (Parcel Delivery) – Small shipments (normally 3 items or less depending on the items)
Carrier will do multi-level inside delivery at the customer’s request and expense.
Carrier will not call prior to delivery for an appointment.
Carrier will make 3 attempts to deliver before returning to the shipper.
For deliveries made to residential areas, items may be left at next-door neighbors or on premises without signature.
For deliveries made to business areas, items will be returned to shipper if the location is vacant or under construction. If business location is a new salon, we suggest having deliveries made to an alternate business or residential area. This information should be given at the time of purchase.
LTL – Large shipments that are less than truck load. (Additional fees are applied to LTL)
Carrier offers ground level inside delivery. This is an additional fee.
Carrier offers service of calling recipient prior to delivery. This is a separate option and additional fees can be applied.
Redelivery fees or consignment fees will apply if address is changed.
Any damages or shortages must be noted on the freight bill before signing for the shipment.
Order Cancellation
Orders that have not been shipped can be canceled without a cancellation fee. Once an order has been processed and ship, there will be a $50 cancellation fee plus the related shipping and return handling fees.
Disclaimer
AYC is not responsible for customer dissatisfaction due to product modifications that do not obstruct the functionality of a product. Products modifications may occur randomly.
Warranty
AYC has a 1-year manufacture parts warranty from the date of purchase. AYC may repair or replace at its discretion any product or part deemed to be defective in material or workmanship upon inspection by an authorized representative of AYC.
This warranty covers only the listed components for the following time periods:
• Products: One year parts warranty from date of shipment from AYC
• Parts: One year from date of shipment from AYC
• There are no other warranties, express or implied.
Owner must pay all labor and shipping charges necessary to replace or repair the merchandise. AYC will not be liable for any consequential, incidental, or contingent damages. AYC may at its own discretion use refurbished parts for repair or replacement purposes. This warranty is null and void if the product or part is removed from its place of initial installation or is not installed in accordance with federal, state, or local codes and ordinances. Furthermore, this warranty does not apply if the part or product was subject to misapplication, misuse, improper installation or maintenance, negligence, improper cleaning, or other circumstances
beyond AYC’s control.
AYC warrants the part to be free of manufacturer’s defect for a period of one-year from date of purchase. Contact AYC to file a claim, or to obtain an RMA number. PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for damaged goods due to the actions of persons or entities other than AYC Group, LLC.

Items not covered under warranty:
• Normal wear and tear.
• Staining, fading, or discoloration of products.
• Damage resulting from improper use.
• Damage to pump parts and/or motor parts due to obstruction in plumbing lines, etc.
• Staining, fading, or discoloration of plastic surfaces due to exposure and/or the use of harmful
   cleaning agents or chemicals.
• Malfunction or damage caused by improper installation, including not meeting local and state
   plumbing, electrical, and building codes.
• Freight damage, misuse, neglect, abuse, and natural disaster.
• Unauthorized repairs.
By using AYC products or parts, owner agrees that the obligation of AYC shall not extend to indirect or consequential damage, or injury, which may result from product use. Owner agrees that the obligations of AYC are limited to those set herein and that there are no other
obligations except those expressly agreed to in writing by AYC. No dealer or other person has any authority to bind AYC to changes or additions to this warranty or its products; accordingly, AYC is not responsible for any such warranties or representations
Warranty Disclaimer
EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY REFERENCED ABOVE, AYC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS, AND THE CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT IT HAS NOT RELIED UPON, ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY AS TO (i) THE MAINTENANCE, REPAIR, CONDITION, QUALITY, SUITABILITY, DESIGN OR MARKETABILITY OF THE PRODUCT, (ii) THE CONTENT, CHARACTER OR NATURE OF ANY DESCRIPTIVE MEMORANDUM, REPORTS, BROCHURES, CHARTS OR STATEMENTS RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS, or (iii) ANY IMPLIED OR EXPRESS WARRANTY OF FREEDOM FROM PATENT OR TRADEMARK INFRINGEMENT. EXCEPT FOR THE AFOREMENTIONED LIMITED WARRANTY, AYC FURTHER DISCLAIMS, AND THE CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT IT HAS NOT RELIED UPON, ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR CONFORMITY TO MODELS OR SAMPLES OF MATERIALS OF ANY EQUIPMENT, IT BEING EXPRESSLY UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED BY THE CUSTOMER THAT THE CUSTOMER SHALL BE OBTAINING THE PRODUCTS IN THEIR PRESENT STATUS, CONDITION AND STATE OF REPAIR, “AS IS” AND “WHERE IS” WITH ALL FAULTS, AND THE CUSTOMER HAS MADE OR CAUSED TO BE MADE SUCH INSPECTIONS AS THE CUSTOMER DEEMS APPROPRIATE. AYC SHALL RETAIN ALL OF ITS RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST IN AND TO ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES AND COVENANTS OF ITS WARRANTORS AND COVENANTORS, INCLUDING THOSE PROVIDED BY THE MANUFACTURERS AND SUPPLIERS OF THE PRODUCTS TO AYC.
